It is characteristic of the robinia that the wood block has rustic form and full of bands and knurs. Under the thick, 0.5-1 cm, bark there is the hard sepwood which is tend to be black and to have fungus. Because of the conservation of permanency and aesthetics we have to remove it from the pole. After all we make them debarked and the way where we leave the bark on the logs, as it is required.
Elaboration
We remove the sapwood together with the bark of the robinia poles with milling. We cut the poles to the required length. The surface and the ends of the poles are polished and the edges of them are broken. We put them in rows in the stock.
